My school is on the reserve list, when will I know if we make it into the tournament proper?
To make it into the tournament proper, a place has to become available through a team withdrawing. We will be in touch with you as soon as a place becomes available to confirm if you are still able to take it.
If you do not make it into the tournament proper, you are eligible for a full refund or can carry over your payment to the following year. Please get in touch with us at [email protected] to proceed with the next steps.
How do I withdraw my school from the tournament?
To withdraw from the tournament, please contact [email protected] with your school name and which competition you are withdrawing from.
Withdrawals made after draws are published will not be refunded.
If you withdraw from the reserved list, you are entitled to a full refund or can carry over the payment to the following year.
Is there parking for schools at the tournament?
Yes, all schools are entitled to free parking at the tournament and will receive a digital parking pass.

As the coach/teacher, what should I do on arrival at the tournament
Once you arrive on site at the tournament, you need to check in online and with your control point.

I have carried over the registration fee from the previous year, do I still need to register?
Yes, all schools will need to re-register and then get in contact with us to organise the carry over payment.
When will registration for the 2025 tournament open?

Do I need a ticket to enter the event?
Yes, general admission tickets are free and can be booked online here
Is there parking at the event?
Yes, you can pre-book online or pay on the day
Spectators can pre-book for each day of the tournament. Daily parking costs £20 and includes a copy of the official Tournament Programme which they will receive on entry. Cash and card payments will be accepted if paying on the day. We recommend booking online to secure your space.

What is the accessibility of the site like?
There is disabled parking on site, please present your blue badge on arrival to be given free parking.
Please be aware that the site is large and there are some areas that have challenging terrain. If further assistance is required, please contact [email protected]. There are disabled toilets located by Entrance 1 & 2 carparks.
Are food and drink available at the event?
There will be a variety of food and beverage outlets around the site including our food village located by RE1 - there will be no shortage of places to grab a bite to eat and drink! Card and cash payments will be accepted.
Are dogs allowed on site?
Yes, dogs are allowed on site but we ask they are kept on a lead at all times and all mess cleared up.
I am a photographer and would like to come down and take photos of my team, is this allowed?
Some teams and participants request they are not photographed during the tournament, with that in mind we recommend contacting us ([email protected]) before taking any images.
If you are looking for media accreditation you must seek our permission pre-tournament.
