If you are on the reserve list, we will be in touch with you as soon as a space becomes available.
All schools are entitled to free parking during the tournament. You will receive a digital weekly parking pass by email which will be valid throughout the whole week. If you do not receive this pass by Monday 3 March, please contact [email protected]
There are two car parks, please head to the appropriate one for your pitch.

For the Wimbledon, Asda and RE5-7 pitches
CAR PARK TWO Commons Extension Grounds, London, SW15 3QF
For the Merton and RE1-4 pitches.
Please make sure you arrive early with plenty of time before your first match is due to start, if you are delayed please call 0208 876 1879 to speak to the on site RPNS7s team.
Please note: Any vehicles larger than a mini buses will not be allowed to park at the ground.
On the first morning of each competition, we ask for all teams to check in twice:
This is a quick and easy form that will be emailed to you and allows our control managers to have the correct contact details for the school that day.
You must register with your control point at your allocated pitch once on site and hand in your completed registration form.The control points are located at the Asda (A), Wimbledon (W), Richard-Evans (RE) and Merton (M) pitches. Please see our tournament map for their locations. If you are returning for a second day of a competition, you will need to check in once more with control.

We are still looking for qualified referees to officiate at the tournament, specifically in the U11 and U13 age-groups. Here is a link to the availability form, please help us spread the word by sharing the link with any contacts you think would be suitable. Whether they are a YMO looking to gain refereeing experience, are a club age-group coach, or a member of staff at a school who is a qualified referee, their help would be hugely appreciated.

I have a student wanting to play from a different age-group, what are the playing up/down rules? Playing Up/Down Rules can be found in the tournament rules - www.rpns7.co.uk/tournament-guide/rules
My school is on the reserve list, when will I know if we make it into the tournament proper? To make it into the tournament proper, a place has to become available through a team withdrawing. We will be in touch with you as soon as a place becomes available to confirm if you are still able to take it.
How do I withdraw my school from the tournament? To withdraw from the tournament, please contact [email protected] with your school name and which competition you are withdrawing from.
Withdrawals made after draws are published will not be refunded.
Is there parking for schools at the tournament? Yes, all schools are entitled to free parking at the tournament and will receive a digital parking pass.

I have carried over the registration fee from the previous year, do I still need to register? Yes, all schools will need to re-register and then get in contact with us to organise the carry over payment.
