As we approach Christmas, we want to wish you all a very relaxing and enjoyable Christmas break.
We will release 6 of the 2023 Draws at 5PM this evening. These tournaments will be the U14 Boys, U14 Girls, U16 Boys, U16 Girls, U18 Boys Vase & the U18 Boys Cup. At this stage, these will be entered teams and groups only. The Group Reserves will be published in alphabetical order not ranking.
We are only releasing these Draws now for several reasons. Regarding the U18 Females, the RFU has asked us to re-visit our proposal of integrating the U18 Girls Open with the ACE event, we take the safeguarding very seriously and will therefore follow the guidelines from our governing body.
Regarding the U13 Boys Prep, the U13 Boys Junior and the U11’s Mixed competitions; those of you registered in these competitions will receive a self-ranking form which we would request is completed before the 16th of December. This is a very quick and easy form to complete, we will then collate the responses and place teams accordingly.
We have had a few questions on the U11 Mixed Competition, for clarity there is no quota or required ratio of male to female, however if females wish to participate along side the male participants that is fine. This is a half-pitch format.

We would also like to clarify that the new U14 Girls Competition is a full contact format, if any stakeholder from participant, parent, teacher or school would like to discuss this then please do contact me directly – [email protected]
Those on the Group Reserves please be patient, we will see several changes over the next few weeks/months and many teams will find places, again please feel free to contact me if you have any questions about the process, I will reiterate that if you do not get into the tournament proper then you can either receive a full refund or carry the money across to 2024.
We will be introducing some new digital elements in the new year concerning registration forms, check-in on the day, and change of contact for schools amongst other things.
We are also pleased to announce that we will be launching a new Rosslyn Park Universities Tournament which will feature rugby 7s and Lacrosse Mixed 6s all details can be found here: www.rpu7s.co.uk.
Enjoy the mince pies and we look forward to seeing you soon.
