Day One of the tournament is under way and today it’s the turn of the U13s with the Junior Schools and Preparatory Schools competitions.

It’s a beautiful day to get down here and see the rugby talent of the future on show in the most exciting format of the game.

Over the week, there will be more than a few familiar faces from the world of rugby down at the tournament. Among them, England Sevens star Chris Cracknell is joining us all week and will be fielding your questions in the HSBC Hub, as well as commentating on the live video feed.

We’re looking forward to a great week of rugby as 636 teams battle it out over 2,274 fixtures. You can follow the scores as they come in on our results microsite and get involved by following us on twitter or liking our facebook page.

And this year, for the first time, we’re delighted to have live commentated video coverage of every game played on our showcase pitch, RE1. From 10.10am each day, you can follow the action live from right here on our site’s home page. Many thanks to Serious Stuff for making this possible.
