Perform Better will be joined in their Performance Hub by Northampton Saints’ James Grayson at the Rosslyn Park HSBC National Schools 7s on Wednesday 27th March.

James Grayson will be visiting the Performance Hub to try out the latest S&C equipment and recovery equipment Perform Better have on offer, as well as meeting some lucky teams and players during their taping and recovery pump sessions.

Perform Better will be creating the first Performance Hub for competing teams to maximise their preparations for the tournament. The Hub will feature a Toro Pro Taping Station for pre-match taping sessions, a Recovery Station featuring Hypervolt and Recovery Pump, Wattbike Station for team warm up, along with the very best Sports Science and Strength and Conditioning equipment.

The Hub will also feature a special Matt Hampson Foundation zone, raising much needed funds for the charity, with special items available to purchase throughout the tournament.

James Grayson was a part of the winning Northampton Saints team which lifted the Premiership Cup on Sunday 17th March, and earned the Man of the Match award following an incredible performance in the final, as well as previously securing the break out star of the tournament award after winning in the semi-finals.

In addition to James, Perform Better will also be joined by special mystery guests throughout the tournament. Keep an eye on our social media channels for hints as to who they are.
