The Limitless Team are gearing up for Rosslyn and are looking forward to seeing you all soon.

We are very excited to welcome former England Rugby player Shaunagh Brown to be our guest on Tuesday 24th March. With her inspirational story from athletics at the Commonwealth Games and late adoption of rugby, to six nations success for her country, it’s sure to be a great day. Come by the Limitless tent from 11:00 and look out for her at RE1, as she will be doing interviews and commentary during the afternoon, before presenting the Limitless Boys Vase (U18) in the evening.

On Thursday 26th March, we will be hosting Jo Perkins from The Well HQ in the Howden Hub at RE1, as she gives two talks about her experience with female rugby. Jo was the Head Physiotherapist for the Women’s Welsh Rugby Union Squad from 2022 – 2025 and her experience working with female rugby players is invaluable. She’ll be touching on strength training, staying injury-free, managing your menstrual cycle and how to fuel like an athlete. 30-minute talks will take place at both 12:20 and 13:40. If your teams aren’t playing at the time, we invite players and coaches to attend.

The Limitless Team will be at RE1 all week, so do come and talk to us about ethical and sustainable sportswear that inspires performance across the whole school.
